摘要
以材料与化工专业研究生的创新能力提升为目标,结合我学院师资及研究方向特点,对理论教学、专业实践、学位论文等环节进行了教学改革,并创建了研究生“创新孵化项目”和“积分制”学分认定办法。注重过程培养的研究生创新能力培养方式充分激发了学生的研究创新热情,提升了实践水平和创新能力,融入了工程观、价值观和人生观教育,并初步体现了创新人才分类培养的特征,对于工科研究生创新能力的培养具有较好的借鉴意义。
This paper took the improvement of the innovation ability of the materials and chemical engineering major post-graduates as the research objective,combined the characteristics of teachers and research direction of our school,reformed the teaching mood of the theoretical courses,professional practice,dissertation,and created the"Innovation Incubating Project"and"Score Accumulating System".By paying more attention to the training process of the innovation ability,this mode fully aroused the students′research and innovation passion,improved the level of practice and innovation ability,seeded the engineering concept,values and outlook of life,and showed the characteristics of classification of innovation tal-ents training.It has good reference value for innovation ability trainning of other engineering postgraduates.
