大型海上风力发电机主绝缘材料高频电老化特性研究

摘要 针对发电机定子线棒高阻端外层与低阻端外层绝缘材料在高频电压下的老化行为,开展了两组样品的高频老化实验及老化过程中绝缘材料的测试分析研究。研究表明,在高频电压的作用下,电机定子线棒高阻端外层与低阻端外层绝缘材料均出现明显的老化,材料内部产生大量的自由基,加速聚合物的降解;表面形貌遭到破坏,表层产生大量乱层,表面粗糙度增加。电机定子线棒低阻端外层绝缘材料在高频老化的作用下,出现分子链的断裂等,结构破坏更为严重,说明高频老化对其影响更剧烈。本研究对高频电压作用下大型发电机绝缘材料的寿命评估提供了材料学基础数据。 For the aging behavior of insulation material with low resistance and high resistance under high-frequency voltage,the high-frequency aging experiment of two groups of samples and the analysis of insulation materials during the aging process were carried out.The results show that under the high-frequency voltage,the insulation material with low resistance and high resistance of the motor stator rod has obvious aging behavior,and a large number of free radicals are generated inside the material,which accelerates the degradation of the polymer.The surface topography of simples is damaged,the surface layer produces a large number of out-of-order results,and the surface roughness increases.The appearance was destroyed and the surface roughness increased,resulting in a large number of fragmented structures on the surface.Under high-frequency aging,molecular chains of insulation material with low resistance have broken and the structure is more seriously damaged,indicating that high-frequency aging has intense destruction on it.This study provides basic material science data for the life assessment of the insulation material of large-scale generators under high-frequency voltage.
