摘要
近年来,随着国家对排放要求的提高,国内火电机组纷纷对烟气进行了脱硝处理,然而脱硝后的烟气对空气预热器产生了巨大的堵塞压力。为了缓解脱硝烟气对回转式空气预热器的堵塞压力,并深度挖掘锅炉尾部烟气的余热利用潜力,进一步提高机组效率,降低供电煤耗,根据硫酸氢氨在空气预热器受热面上的结晶特点,提出了分级布置空气预热器的方案。结合某超超临界1000MW燃煤机组,通过对分级布置空气预热器与常规单级布置空气预热器的对比,结果表明,分级布置空气预热器能够缓解空气预热器的堵塞问题,并提高锅炉机组的效率,以达到降低供电煤耗的目的。
In recent years,with the improvement of national emission requirements,domestic thermal power units have carried out denitration has produced huge blocking pressure on the air preheater.In order to alleviate the blocking pressure of denitration flue gas on the rotary air preheater,deeply tap the waste heat utilization potential of boiler tail flue gas,further improve the unit efficiency and reduce the coal consumption for power supply,according to the crystallization characteristics of ammonia hydrogen sulfate on the heating surface of the air preheater,staged arrangement of the air preheater is proposed.Combined with an ultra supercritical 1000 MW coal-fired unit.By comparing the staged air preheater with the conventional single-stage arrangement air preheater,the results show that the staged air preheater can alleviate the blockage of the air preheater,improve the efficiency of the boiler unit,and achieve the purpose of reducing the coal consumption of power supply.
