摘要
本文介绍了大型高端发电机在产品服务数字化转型过程中,基于对三维可视化技术、虚拟现实技术的应用,以某高端核能发电机为示范,提出了发电机虚拟现实智慧检修仿真系统的设计方案及实现方法,构建发电机5G+VR智慧检修仿真系统平台,实现安装、运维、监测、检修及培训等服务产品的数字化转型,探索了发电机服务数字化转型升级路径。
This article introduces the application of three-dimensional visualization technology and virtual reality technology in the digital transformation of product services for large-scale generators.Taking a high-end nuclear power generator as a demonstration,the design scheme and implementation method of the nuclear power generator virtual reality intelligent maintenance simulation system are proposed,and nuclear power generator 5G+VR intelligent maintenance simulation system platform is built to realize the digital transformation of service products including installation,operation and maintenance,monitoring,maintenance,training,etc.Therefore,it also explores the Digital transformation and upgrading path of large-scale generator services.
