摘要
针对铸铁井盖易丢失,而废旧复合材料井盖还没有形成大规模工厂化生产的问题,采用废塑料、粉煤灰和垃圾炉渣为主材,加以增强剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂等,经高温、高压、捏炼、静压、冷却成型等工艺加工制成废旧复合材料井盖,对其抗压强度、承载能力、抗冻融性能、耐酸碱性能及抗老化性能等技术性能进行试验研究。结果表明:废旧复合材料井盖其承载能力和技术性能能够满足路用要求,生产工艺简便,生产周期短,生产成本低。
Aiming at the problem that cast iron manhole covers are easy to lose,large-scale factory production of waste composite manhole covers has not yet formed,this paper uses waste plastics,fly ash and garbage slag as the main materials,and addsreinforcers,plasticizers,heat stabilizers,etc,to process waste composite manhole covers through high temperature,high pressure,kneading,static pressure,cooling molding and other pro⁃cesses.Its compressive strength,bearing capacity,freeze-thaw resistance,acid and alkali resistance,aging resistance and other technical properties are tested and studied.The test results show that the bearing capacity and technical performance of the waste composite manhole cover can meet the demand,the production pro⁃cess is simple,the production cycle is short,the production cost is low.
