转化医学理念指导针灸研究思路探讨

Discussion on Ideas of Acupuncture Research Guided by the Concept of Translational Medicine

转化医学理念为针灸学传承创新与发展提供了新的路径与方法。本文概述我国针灸转化医学研究现状和转化面临的主要困境,主要包括理论研究难以有效指导临床、临床研究缺少规范化的试验设计与评价体系、机制研究与临床应用相分离方面。由此提出适用于针灸学科的转化研究模式:基于“经典/经验到基础再到临床”的路径提炼新方法;基于“从临床到基础再到临床”的思路优化旧方法。针灸学的转化研究要以临床需求为导向,利用多学科交叉优势创新发展针灸理论,结合循证研究方法优化针灸临床方案设计,立足针灸整体观系统评价针灸效应机制,从而提升针灸研究的质量和水平,促进应用和推广,更好地推动针灸学的转化研究和学科发展。

The concept of translational medicine provides a new path and method for the inheritance,innovation and development of acupuncture.This article summarized the current situation and main difficulties of acupuncture translational medicine research in China,including ineffective guidance of acupuncture theory research for clinical practice,lack of standardized experimental design and evaluation system in clinical research,and separation of mechanism research from clinical application.Therefore,the translational medicine of acupuncture should use the mode from“classic/experience to basic and then to clinical”to refine new methods,from“clinical to basic and then to clinical”to improve the old methods.The transformation research of acupuncture should be guided by clinical needs.The research ideas include using the interdisciplinary advantages to innovate and develop acupuncture theory,optimizing its clinical scheme design combined with evidence-based research methods,and systematically evaluating its effect mechanism based on the holistic view.This can improve the quality and level of acupuncture research,promote its application and promotion,and promote the transformation research of acupuncture medicine and the discipline development.
