基于数据挖掘的中药复方治疗脊髓损伤处方规律研究

Study on Prescription Law of TCM in Treatment of Spinal Cord Injury Based on Data Mining

目的对治疗脊髓损伤的中药复方进行数据挖掘并分析用药规律。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science建库至2023年2月10日收录的中药复方治疗脊髓损伤的临床研究文献,对文献进行筛选后建立中药复方治疗脊髓损伤处方数据库,应用Excel365、SPSS18.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对药物进行频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析,探究处方用药规律。结果共纳入164篇相关文献,涉及185首中药处方、201味中药,中药累计使用2322次,其中当归、黄芪、红花、川芎、牛膝、桃仁等32味药为治疗脊髓损伤的高频用药。高频药物聚类分析得出5个聚类方。结论中药治疗脊髓损伤以活血化瘀通络、续断疗伤、补脾益肝肾等为主,体现了脊髓损伤的临床治疗原则。本研究梳理了中药复方治疗脊髓损伤的用药规律,可为临床实践提供参考。

Objective To explore the medication laws of TCM prescriptions for the treatment of spinal cord injury by data mining technology.Methods Literature about TCM treatments for spinal cord injury was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science from the establishment of databases to 10th,Feb.2023.A database of TCM prescriptions for treating spinal cord injury was established after screening literature.Excel 365,SPSS 18.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to conduct frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and clustering analysis on drugs,and the medication law of TCM prescriptions was explored.Results Totally 164 articles were included,involving 185 TCM prescriptions and 201 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a frequency of 2322 times.There were 32 kinds high-frequency Chinese materia medica,including Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Astragali Radix,Carthami Flos,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma,Cyathulae Radix,and Persicae Semen.High frequency drug clustering analysis yielded 5 clustering squares.Conclusion The treatment of spinal cord injury with TCM mainly focuses on promoting blood circulation,resolving blood stasis,unblocking collaterals,continuously treating injuries,tonifying the spleen,benefiting the liver and kidney,etc.,reflecting the clinical treatment principles of spinal cord injury.This study summarizes the medication law of TCM prescriptions in the treatment of spinal cord injury,which can provide reference for clinical practice.
