“肺与大肠相表里”研究文献可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about“Lung and Intestine are Exteriorly-interiorly Related”

目的分析“肺与大肠相表里”相关研究热点和趋势,为该理论传承及创新提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase建库至2022年12月31日收录的“肺与大肠相表里”研究中英文文献。运用CiteSpace6.1.R2和VOSviewer1.6.18软件对发文量、来源期刊、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献661篇和英文文献125篇,中文文献发文量呈波动上升趋势,英文文献呈稳定上升趋势。中文文献发文较多的期刊有《辽宁中医杂志》《中华中医药杂志》《世界中医药》,英文文献发文较多的期刊有Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine、Journal of Ethnopharmacol、Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine。北京中医药大学高思华团队、李宇航团队及成都中医药大学杨宇团队发文较多;关键词分析表明,高频关键词有便秘、肺肠同治、肠道菌群、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、溃疡性结肠炎等,主要涉及疾病、理论探讨、实验研究等方面,其中肠道菌群、黏膜免疫、肺肠轴相关研究较持续。结论近年来“肺与大肠相表里”相关研究热度增加,研究团队初具规模,研究疾病主要围绕胃肠功能障碍、便秘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、溃疡性结肠炎等,运用的方剂主要有宣白承气汤、大承气汤,肠道菌群和黏膜免疫是目前研究的热点机制。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of“lung and intestine are exteriorly-interiorly related”;To provide guidance for the inheritance and innovation of this theory.Methods The Chinese and English literature about“lung and intestine are exteriorly-interiorly related”was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,CBM,and Web of Science,PubMed,and Embase database from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2022.The bibliometric tool CiteSpace 6.1.R2 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 were used to visualize and analyze the number of publications,source journals,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 661 Chinese and 125 English articles were included,with a fluctuating upward trend in the number of Chinese articles and a steady upward trend in the number of English articles.The main sources of publication in China were Liaoning Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy and World Chinese Medicine.The journals with more publications in English were Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine,Journal of Ethnopharmacol and Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.The teams of Gao Sihua and Li Yuhang from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Yang Yu from Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine contributed significantly to this field.The keyword analysis showed that the high-frequency keywords were constipation,lung and intestinal co-treatment,intestinal flora,chronic obstructive pulmonary disorders(COPD),ulcerative colitis(UC),which were mainly related to diseases,theoretical discussions,and experimental studies.Among them,studies related to intestinal flora,mucosal immunity,and lung-intestinal axis have been more persistent.Conclusion In recent years,the research on the theory of“lung and intestine are exteriorly-interiorly related”has been increasing,and the team network has taken shape.The study mainly focuses on gastrointestinal dysfunction,constipation,COPD,and UC.The main formulas used included Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction,Dachengqi Decoction.Intestinal flora and mucosal immunity are the hot mechanisms being studied.
