2012-2022年中药治疗食管癌研究文献可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on Literature of Chinese Materia Medica for the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer from 2012 to 2022

目的分析中药治疗食管癌研究现状、热点和前沿,总结常用方剂,为相关临床研究提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)及PubMed、Web of Science核心集2012-2022年收录的中药治疗食管癌研究文献。采用NoteExpress3.5.0.9054进行文献管理,采用Excel2019绘制发文趋势折线图并统计常用方剂,采用VOSviewer1.6.17对作者、机构、关键词进行共现、聚类分析并绘制知识图谱。结果筛选后纳入中文文献636篇,英文文献34篇;共涉及1572位作者,形成以陈玉龙、郑玉玲、贾永森、张铭、李志刚、王玉强为代表的多个研究团队;发文较多的研究机构有河南中医药大学、河南省中医院、河北医科大学第四医院等;高频关键词有中晚期食管癌、化疗、放疗、生活质量、免疫功能等;研究前沿涉及名医经验、用药规律、网络药理学等;临床常用方剂包括培正散结通膈汤、八珍汤、四君子汤、扶正消瘤汤、升阳益胃汤等。结论食管癌的中医证型分布、名医治疗食管癌的经验、中药治疗食管癌的临床研究和实验研究是中药治疗食管癌领域研究热点,用现代科学技术手段挖掘名医用药经验为该领域研究趋势。

Objective To explore the current research status,hotspots and frontiers of Chinese materia medica for the treatment of esophageal cancer(EC);To summarize the frequently used prescriptions;To provide references for future relevant clinical research.Methods Literature about the TCM treatment of EC was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed and Web of Science from 2012 to 2022.NoteExpress 3.5.0.9054 was used for literature management.Excel 2019 was used to draw the line chart of publication trends and count the frequently used TCM prescriptions.VOSviewer 1.6.17 was used to co-occur,cluster analyze authors,institutions,and keywords,and draw a knowledge map.Results After screening,636 Chinese articles and 34 English articles were included.A total of 1572 authors were involved.Relatively stable research teams have been formed in the field,with Chen Yulong,Zheng Yuling,Jia Yongsen,Zhang Ming,Li Zhigang,Wang Yuqiang as their core figures.Henan University of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the largest number of publications,followed by Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University.High-frequency keywords were advanced esophageal cancer,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,quality of life,immune function,etc.Experience of famous doctors,medication law,network pharmacology were frontier fields of EC research.The commonly used prescriptions in clinic were Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction,Bazhen Decoction,Sijunzi Decoction,Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction,etc.Conclusion The research hotspots include the distribution of TCM syndromes of EC,the experience of famous doctors in treating EC,clinical and experimental study about the treatment of EC with TCM.Using modern technology to analyze experts’experience in medication is the trend of future research.
