基于脑电图技术探讨曲池针刺作用下的脑网络神经动态特征

Discussion on the Neural Dynamic Characteristics of Brain Network under Effect of Acupuncture at Quchi Acupoint Based on EEG Technique

摘要 目的基于脑电图技术对曲池针刺作用下的脑网络神经动态特征进行初步研究。方法选取30名健康志愿者针刺曲池,直刺20~25 mm,得气后行捻转泻法60 s,频率60次/min,留针10 min。分别采集受试者针刺前10 min、针刺中60 s、针刺后10 min的脑电图数据,对数据预处理后构建大脑功能网络模型,运用脑网络动态分析、功能连接网络复杂网络分析、神经动态低维方法分析针刺曲池时脑网络的整合和分离功能,反映脑网络神经动态特征。结果功率谱分析表明,针刺作用下人脑频率信息增强,主要集中在delta频带与alpha频带;时频信号分析表明,针刺作用能够实时调整不同频带信息;动态功能网络分析表明,针刺曲池后,大脑皮层网络功能连接值普遍增强;复杂网络参数分析表明,脑网络聚类系数、局部效率值在针刺中过程较针刺前过程明显提高;低维神经动态轨迹分析表明,针刺时脑网络低维动态轨迹实现了转迁,大脑功能状态发生明显改变,网络吸引子结构也出现变化。结论针刺曲池即刻效应明显,具有增强脑功能连接、调节大脑功能活动的作用,能够提高大脑的联通性能,增强额叶、顶叶及颞叶的信息沟通,具有调节脑网络活动和脑功能状态特性的功效。 Objective To conduct preliminary study on the neural dynamic characteristics of brain network under the effect of acupuncture at Quchi acupoint.Methods Totally 30 healthy volunteers were selected to acupuncture at the Quchi acupoint,stabbing 20–25 mm directly,performing the lifting and twisting diarrhea method for 60 s,and retaining the needle for 10 min.EEG data of subjects of 10 min before acupuncture,60 s during acupuncture and 10 min after acupuncture were collected respectively.After preprocessing the collected data,a brain functional network model was constructed.Brain network dynamic analysis,functional connection network complex network analysis,and neural dynamic low-dimensional methods were used to analyze the integration and separation functions of the brain network during acupuncture at Quchi acupoint,reflecting the brain network neural dynamic characteristics.Results Power spectrum analysis showed that the frequency information of human brain was enhanced under acupuncture,mainly concentrated in the delta frequency band and alpha frequency band;time-frequency signal analysis showed that acupuncture can adjust different frequency band information in real time;dynamic functional network analysis showed that after acupuncture at Quchi acupoint,the functional connection value of cerebral cortex was generally enhanced;the analysis of complex network parameters showed that clustering coefficient and local efficiency value of brain network were significantly improved during acupuncture compared with the process before acupuncture;the analysis of low-dimensional neural dynamic trajectory showed that the low-dimensional dynamic trajectory of the brain network was transferred during acupuncture,and the functional state of the brain was significantly changed,and the network attractor structure was also changed.Conclusion Acupuncture at Quchi acupoint has obvious immediate effect on enhancing brain functional connectivity,and regulating brain functional activities.It can improve the connectivity between the brains,enhance information communication between the frontal lobe,parietal lobe and temporal lobe,and regulate brain network activities and brain functional state characteristics.
