摘要
按照“信息化、数字化、智能化”的发展特点,目前铁路营业线施工管理信息化仍存在数字化基础薄弱、大数据运用效果欠佳、施工信息展示单一等突出问题,制约施工管理信息化的下一步发展。分析提出“数字化、图形化、信息链”等信息化建设思路,并从进一步完善信息系统的角度,提出系统设计流程化、方案编制模块化、计划编制格式化、账号管理实名化、施工组织可视化、分析统计自动化、数据资源共享化等优化建议,有助于实现系统间互联互通、数据共享,进一步创新传统管理模式,发挥信息化的最大效益。
In alignment with the trend of“information-based,digital,and intelligent”development,such prominent problems as vulnerable digital infrastructure,ineffective application of big data,simplistic display of construction information,which poses restrictions on the information-based development of construction management.This paper presents several ideas for advancing information-based development,including“digitalization,graphics,and information chain”.From the perspective of further gearing up the information system,the paper proposes a series of optimization suggestions,such as process-oriented system design,modularized scheme preparation,formatted plan preparation,real-name-based account management,visualized construction organization,automatized analysis and statistics,as well as shared data resources,which contributes to materializing connectivity and data sharing among systems,innovating traditional management modes,and realizing the full benefits of information-based development.
