智能制造类专业“课证岗赛”融通的人才培养模式研究——以苏州市职业大学电气自动化技术专业校企合作的实践为例

Research on the Talent Training Model of Integrating the"Course Certification Job Competition"in Intelligent Manufacturing Majors-Taking the Practice of School Enterprise Cooperation in Electrical Automation Technology at Suzhou Vocational University as an Example

本文以我校电气自动化技术专业为例,为适应智能制造产业发展对高素质技能人才的需求及践行1+X职业技能认证(“1”为学历证书,“X”为若干职业技能等级证书),智能制造类专业的课程体系、职业岗位、证书考核及竞赛之间要相互融通,为此,构建了智能制造类专业“课证岗赛”融通的人才培养模式并在实践中得到了应用,学生的综合能力得到有效提升。

This article takes the Electrical Automation Technology major of our school as an example.In order to meet the demand for high-quality skilled talents in the development of intelligent manufacturing industry and practice 1+X vocational skill certification("1"is the academic certificate,"X"is several vocational skill level certificates),the curriculum system,vocational positions,certificate assessment,and competitions of intelligent manufacturing majors need to be integrated.Therefore,We have constructed a talent cultivation model for the integration of"course certification and job competition"in intelligent manufacturing majors and applied it in practice,effectively improving students'comprehensive abilities.
