摘要
煤矿智能化是中国式现代化背景下驱动煤炭工业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,煤矿井下机器人的研发和应用正快速推动煤矿智能化向更高水平迈进。对比了国内外煤矿井下机器人研发应用现状,并重点结合国能神东煤炭集团布尔台煤矿井下生产实际,在采煤、掘进、运输及安控类机器人应用方面分类进行了举例,指出在煤矿智能化建设少人化、无人化背景下,井下机器人的应用在替代煤矿井下简单重复重体力劳动、改善作业环境、提高作业效率和作业安全性方面具有重要意义。同时结合应用实践情况,指出当前煤矿井下机器人研发应用尚处在初级阶段,存在设备体积大、转场不灵活、动力及续航能力差、稳定性差、功能单一等问题,认为煤矿井下机器人将来应朝着小型化、多功能化、免维护方向设计,朝着高端化、数字化、网络化、智能化和人性化方面去深化研究,最后研制出可适应多场景、符合多维度、满足多条件发展的煤矿井下机器人。
The intelligent technology of coal mine is the core technology support to drive the high-quality development of the coal industry under the background of Chinese modernization.The research and application of underground coal mine robots are rapidly promoting the intelligent coal mine to a higher level.This paper compares the status quo of research and application of underground coal mine robots at home and abroad,and focuses on the underground production practice of Buertai Coal mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,and gives some robots application examples in the aspects of mining,driving,transportation and security control.It is pointed out that under the background of less-manpower and unmanned intelligent coal mine construction,the application of underground robot is of great significance in replacing simple and repeated heavy manual labor,and improving working environment,working efficiency and safety production in underground coal mine.At the same time,combined with the application practices,it is pointed out that the research and development of underground coal mine robots are still in the initial stage,and there are some problems such as large volume of equipment,inflexible transfer,poor power and endurance ability,poor stability,and single function.It is also thought that underground coal mine robots should be designed in the direction of miniaturization,multi-function and maintenance-free in the future,and be researched deeply towards high-end,digital,networked,intelligent and humanized,and the coal mine robots adapted to multiple scenes,multi-dimensional,multi-conditions of development will be finally developed.
