摘要
煤矿井下水仓内空间狭窄、淤积物成分复杂且淤积物内部包泥水,传统机械设备清理或人工清理费时费力、作业难度大,且存在水仓淤泥水涌仓伤人的安全风险。结合国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司布尔台煤矿井下水仓容量大、污水量多、浊度大、杂物多等实际特点,探索改进水仓清理工艺,设计研制了一套水仓智能清理装备,并对成套装备中的智能清挖输送车、淤泥粗分机、压滤泵等从结构原理、技术特点及性能参数进行了详细设计论证,以保障设备使用的安全性、便捷性和稳定性。同时,分析了当前设备在传感器可靠性及连续使用的便捷性和自动化程度方面存在需改进的问题,对解决煤矿井下水仓淤泥清理难题、保障煤矿井下安全高效开采具有较大现实意义。
The space inside the underground water sump of coal mine is narrow,the composition of the sediment is complex,and the sediment is filled with muddy water inside.Traditional mechanical equipment cleaning or manual cleaning is time-consuming and laborious,and the operation is difficult,and there is a safety risk of water sump sludge and water gushing and causing injury to people.Based on the actual characteristics of large capacity,large amount of sewage,high turbidity,and numerous impurities in the underground water sump of Buertai Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,an improved water sump cleaning process was explored,and a set of intelligent water sump cleaning equipment was designed and developed,and the structural principles,technical characteristics and performance parameters of intelligent excavation and transportation vehicles,sludge coarse sorting machines,and filter pumps in the complete equipment were detailed designed and demonstrated to ensure the safety,convenience and stability of equipment,and the problems that need to be improved in terms of sensor reliability,continuous use convenience and automation level of current equipment had been analyzed,which had great practical significance in solving the problem of sludge cleaning in the underground water sump of coal mines and ensuring safe and efficient mining.
