矿用采掘运输装备防入侵及视频辅助驾驶系统研究与应用

摘要 为了解决矿井掘进工作面移动设备伤人事故频发、传统防护方式效果较差等问题,以UWB超宽带技术为基础,以红外热成像技术为辅助,研究设计了矿用采掘运输装备防入侵及视频辅助驾驶系统,分析了采掘运输设备防入侵暨人员接近防护系统的作用原理,通过设备搭建、电路控制、实验反馈、系统优化,解决了矿井掘进工作面人员与移动设备间有可能发生的碰撞引起的安全事故。采用移动设备上安装测距基站、作业人员携带识别卡,通过基站实时检测与人员识别卡的距离,实现了设备报警提示、紧急停机等功能。现场使用结果表明,矿用采掘运输装备防入侵及视频辅助系统大大提高了矿工作业的安全现状,有效提高了矿井生产效率和安全形式。 In order to solve the problems of frequent injury accidents caused by mobile equipment and poor effects of traditional protection methods in mine driving faces,based on UWB ultra wideband technology and assisted by infrared thermal imaging technology,a mine excavation and transportation equipment intrusion prevention and video assisted driving system was studied and designed.The working principle of the excavation and transportation equipment intrusion prevention and personnel approach protection system was analyzed,and the potential safety accidents caused by collisions between personnel and mobile equipment in the mine driving face were solved through equipment construction,circuit control,experimental feedback,and system optimization.By installing distance measurement base station on mobile devices and carrying identification cards by operators,the distance between the base station and the personnel identification card could be detected in real-time,achieving equipment alarm prompts,emergency shutdown and other functions.The on-site application results indicated that the intrusion prevention and video assistance system of mine excavation and transportation equipment had greatly improved the safety status of miners'operations,effectively improved the mine production efficiency and safety form.
