摘要
以神东矿区采煤工作面低氧现状为背景,采用现场观测和实验相结合的方法,研究煤层赋存、埋深和开采条件、通风、大面积采空区、大气参数以及密闭空间煤对O_(2)的吸附解吸特性的影响,分析工作面低氧原因,并提出相应的防控措施。通过合理调配风量、加强井上下堵漏、建立井下移动抽排系统治理低氧等措施,提高了工作面回风隅角氧气浓度,建立了神东矿区采煤工作面低氧防治长效治理体系,保障了工作面安全生产。
Taking the current situation of low oxygen in the coal mining face of Shendong mining area as the background,a combination method of on-site observation and experiment is used to study the influences of coal seam occurrence,burial depth,mining conditions,ventilation,large area goaf,atmospheric parameters,and coal in enclosed spaces on the adsorption and desorption characteristics of O_(2).The causes for low oxygen in the working face are analyzed,and corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed.Through reasonable allocation of air volume,strengthening of surface and underground plugging,establishment of underground mobile drainage system and other measures to control low oxygen,the oxygen concentration in the return air corner of the working face has been increased,and a long-term control system for low oxygen prevention and control in the coal mining face of Shendong mining area has been established,ensuring the safe production of the working face.
