摘要
针对沿空留巷现场施工过程中存在的柔模砼墙凝固时间不够、强度不足等问题,以榆家梁煤矿沿空留巷综采工作面为案例,采用矿压分析手段,横向对比了柔模砼墙成型和矿压显现的关系,分析认为沿空留巷柔模支护滞后工作面临时加强支护范围应不小于柔模成型期间工作面推进最大距离乘以相对安全系数。根据分析结果提出了“改性剂加快柔模成型+设备配套加快柔模浇筑”的方式,同时结合漏风问题的喷浆堵漏整改措施,于榆家梁煤矿52306工作面进行了试验研究,并对改进后的巷道进行了定期矿压观测,试验结果表明,“改性剂加快柔模成型+设备配套加快柔模浇筑”能够保证柔模墙体的强度达标,达到沿空留巷巷道所需墙体强度,实现沿空留巷快速成巷。
In response to the problems of insufficient solidification time and strength of the flexible formwork concrete wall during the on-site construction process of gob-side entry retaining,taking the fully mechanized mining face with gob-side entry retaining in Yujialiang Coal Mine as a case study,the relationship between the formation of the flexible formwork concrete wall and the rock pressure behaviors was horizontally compared using rock pressure analysis methods,and the analysis suggested that temporary reinforced support range of the flexible formwork support for the gob-side entry retaining lagging behind the working face should not be less than the maximum advancing distance of the working face during the flexible formwork forming period multiplied by the relative safety factor.Based on the analysis results,a method of"modifier accelerating flexible framwork forming+equipment supporting accelerating flexible framwork pouring"was proposed.At the same time,combined with the grouting anti-leakage measures for the air leakage problem,experimental research was conducted on the 52306 working face of Yujialiang Coal Mine,and regular mine pressure observation was conducted on the improved roadway.The experimental results showed that the proposed method can ensure the strength of the flexible framwork wall to meet the standard,achieve the required wall strength and the rapid formation for gob-side entry retaining.
