摘要
文章分析了某三甲医院在主动健康管理背景下,通过发挥自身优势,组建专业团队,制定临床护士健康促进方案,推动医院健康促进工作发展。方案以全员倡导、合理赋权、充分协调、合作共赢为基本策略,探索建立了以组织制度、机制、培训等方式构成的临床护士健康促进方案,涵盖弹性排班、合理膳食、心理健康、运动锻炼、健康监测、同事支持等内容。研究发现,医院开展临床护士健康促进工作不仅能满足护士对自身健康的需求,还能在主动健康科学实践中起示范作用。
This paper analyzed a grade A tertiary hospital that promoted its development of hospital health promotion by giving full play to its own advantages,establishing a professional team,formulating health promotion programs for clinical nurses in the context of active health management.Based on the basic strategy of whole staff advocacy,reasonable empowerment,full coordination and win-win cooperation,the program explored and established a clinical nurse health promotion program composed of organizational system,mechanism and training,covering flexible scheduling,reasonable diet,mental health,exercise,health monitoring,colleague support and other content.The study found that health promotion for clinical nurses in hospitals can not only meet the needs of nurses for their own health,but also play an exemplary role in active health science practice.
