乡村振兴与共同富裕具有内在一致性、目标统一性和步调协同性。新征程上,乡村振兴战略下产业发展成效显著、人居环境有效改善、农民生活富裕幸福、文明建设整体推进、社会治理积极有效,为实现共同富裕奠定了坚实基础。与此同时,乡村振兴促进共同富裕进程中也存在一些现实困境,如产业发展存在短板、农业人才供给短缺、文化发展缓慢滞后、生态建设仍需提升以及公共服务有待完善等。为此,要进一步完善乡村现代产业体系,优化乡村人才发展环境,补齐乡村文化建设短板,健全乡村生态环保机制,加强乡村组织队伍建设,以乡村振兴的高质量成果扎实推动共同富裕的实现。

Rural revitalization and common prosperity have inherent consistency,unified goals,and coordinated steps.On the new journey,under the rural revitalization strategy,significant progress has been made in industrial development,living environment,prosperity and happiness of farmers,overall promotion of civilization construction and social governance,laying a solid foundation for achieving common prosperity.At the same time,there are also some practical difficulties in promoting common prosperity through rural revitalization,such as shortcomings in industrial development,a shortage of agricultural talent supply,slow and lagging cultural development,ecological construction and public services to be improved.To this end,it is necessary to further improve the modern rural industrial system,optimize the environment for rural talent development,fill the gaps in rural cultural construction,improve the rural ecological protection mechanism,build rural organizational teams,and solidly promote the realization of common prosperity with high-quality achievements in rural revitalization.
