基于ABAQUS二次开发的Z型材滚弯回弹预测研究

摘要 为根据具体情况建立合适的非对称截面Z型材滚弯回弹本构模型,解决铝合金型材成形过程中波动性较强的问题以及滚弯成形件卸载后不可避免的回弹变形导致的滚弯成形件实际外形尺寸偏离几何设计要求的问题,通过综合考虑型材材料属性、截面几何特征和模型构建等因素,基于材料的各向同性弹塑性本构模型,采用VUMAT显式分析法对型材的动态本构模型进行了二次开发。通过将ABAQUS二次开发获得的回弹预测结果与实验数据、理论数据、内核处理数据和VUMAT子程序数据进行对比,预测了滚弯回弹半径。在相同目标成形半径下,回弹预测最大相对误差从3.34%减小到2.83%。 To establish suitable constitutive model for the roll bending springback of asymmetric Z-section profiles based on specific circumstances,and solve the problems of strong fluctuation during forming process of aluminum alloy profiles,and the actual external dimensions deviation of the roll bending formed parts from the geometric design requirements caused by inevitable springback deformation after unloading,based on the isotropic elastic-plastic constitutive model of materials,the dynamic constitutive model of profiles was developed secondly using the VUMAT explicit analysis method.By comprehensively considering factors such as profile material properties,geometric features of cross-section and model construction,By comparing the springback prediction results obtained from ABAQUS secondary development with experimental data,theoretical data,kernel processing data and VUMAT subroutine data,the roll bending springback radius was predicted.Under the same target forming radius,the maximum relative error of springback prediction is reduced from 3.34%to 2.83%.
