摘要
为满足实际生产需求,保障环件在实际轧制过程中的稳定性及产品质量统一,根据大型40Cr13环件塑性变形特点,在传统轧制曲线的基础上规划了五段式轧制曲线,并根据实际生产经验提出了各阶段的芯辊进给量Δb_i,再结合环件咬入条件、锻透条件及环件直径增大速度等公式提出了各阶段芯辊进给速度V_i的计算方法,从而得出了五段式轧制曲线设计方法。选择实际订单要求尺寸设计了五段式轧制曲线,通过有限元模拟方式分析了轧制后环件精度、温度和应变分布,均能满足实际生产要求,从而验证了五段式轧制曲线的合理性。
To meet the actual production demand and ensure the stability during the actual rolling process and the unity quality of products,the five-stage rolling curves were planned based on the traditional rolling curves according to the plastic deformation characteristics of large 40Cr13 ring.The feed amount of mandrelΔb i at each stage was given according to the practical production experience,and combined with the biting condition,forging penetration condition of ring and ring diameter increasing rate equations,the calculation method of feed speed of mandrel V i at each stage was proposed.Thus,the design method of the five-stage rolling curves was obtained.The five-stage rolling curves were designed by choosing size of actural order requirement,and the precision of ring after rolling,temperature and strain distributions were analyzed by finite element simulation,which satisfies the actural production requirement,and verifies the feasibility of five-stage rolling curves.
