大学生参与乡村振兴意愿及影响因素分析——以新疆高校为例

Analysis of College Students ' Willingness to Participate in Rural Revitalization and Its Influencing Factors-Taking Universities in Xinjiang as an Example

乡村振兴是一项系统性工程,而人才是实现乡村振兴的重要要素。大学生是新时代建设的主力军,也是乡村振兴的重要人才队伍。本文运用问卷调查方法,以新疆高校大学生为例,对大学生参与乡村振兴意愿、大学生参与乡村振兴偏好、大学生参与乡村振兴的影响因素做了深入分析。研究结果显示大学生有参与乡村振兴的意愿并且对乡村就业岗位、薪酬、工作环境、自我成长都有相应偏好,其中个人因素、家庭因素、城乡差距、政府政策是影响大学生参与乡村振兴的重要因素,因此要从政府、高校、社会三个维度发力,提高大学生参与乡村振兴的积极性。

Rural revitalization is a systematic project,and talent is an important factor to realize rural revitalization.College students are the main force of construction in the new era and an important talent team for rural revitalization.Using the questionnaire survey method,taking Xinjiang university students as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the willingness of college students to participate in rural revitalization,their preferences for participating in rural revitalization,and the influencing factors of college students'participation in rural revitalization,the research results show that college students have the willingness to participate in rural revitalization and have corresponding preferences for rural employment,salary,working environment and self-growth.Personal factors,family factors,urban-rural disparities,and government policies are important factors that affect college students'participation in rural revitalization.Therefore,efforts should be made from the three dimensions of government,universities and society to enhance the enthusiasm of college students to participate in rural revitalization.
