改革开放以来,我国农民培育政策在不断调整和优化,职业教育与培训体系逐步形成。历年中央一号文件精神,充分体现出农民能力的培养和提升在农业生产过程中的重要性。本文将农民培育政策分为扫除文盲提升整体文化素质、提高农民就业能力、职业化培育探索、职业化培育四个阶段进行梳理和系统分析。

Since the reform and opening up,China's farmers'cultivation policies have been continuously adjusted and optimized,and the vocational education and training system has gradually formed.The spirit of No.1 central document over the years fully reflects the importance of the cultivation and promotion of farmers'ability in the agricultural production process.This article divides the policy of cultivating farmers into four stages:eliminating illiteracy,improving overall cultural quality,improving farmers'employability,exploring professional cultivation,and conducting a systematic analysis.
