土壤调理剂对草花土壤微生物多样性的影响

摘要 本研究以食用菌废菌渣和粉煤灰为主要原料,添加根瘤菌制备土壤调理剂,进行三色堇、矮牵牛和一串红栽培,采用高通量测序技术探究土壤调理剂对土壤微生物多样性的影响。结果表明,加入土壤调理剂后,香农指数、Chao指数、Ace指数均增加,与对照相比土壤细菌多样性和丰度均增加。门、纲、属水平上的群落分布主要优势菌群类型相同,但相对丰度发生变化:门水平上降低了土壤中变形菌门和酸杆菌门的相对丰度,使放线菌门相对丰度增加;纲水平上降低了α-变形菌纲的相对丰度,但提高了放线菌纲和酸微菌纲的相对丰度;属水平上提高了土壤中根瘤菌属以及Saccharibacteria_genera_incertae_sedis、WPS-1_genera_incertae_sedis和GP6菌属的相对丰度,改善了土壤中微生物的群落结构。 Using edible mushroom waste residue and fly ash as the main raw materials,and adding Rhizobia to prepare soil conditioner,the cultivation of pansy,petunia,and salvia splendens were cultivated.High throughput sequencing technology was used to explore the impact of soil conditioner on soil microbial diversity.The results showed that after adding soil conditioner,the Shannon index,Chao index,and Ace index all increased,and compared with the control,the diversity and abundance of soil bacteria increased.The community distribution at the phylum,class,and genus levels had the same types of dominant microbial communities,but the relative abundance changed:The changes in community structure at the phylum level had reduced the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria in the soil,increased the relative abundance of Actinobacteria;and the changes in community structure at the class level had reduced the relative abundance of Alphaproteobacteria,and increased the relative abundance of Actinobacteria and Acidimicrobiia;the changes in community structure at the genus level had increased the relative abundance of Rhizobia、Saccharibacteria_genera_incertae_sedis、WPS-1_genera_incertae_sedis and GP6,improved the community structure of microorganisms in the soil.
