科室管理小组制度在医院推行后,临床科室医务人员参与民主管理意识显著增强,为各科室搭建了一个有效监督、公开透明的民主决策平台,有效保障了科室各成员的切身利益,调动了各位科室成员的积极性,保障了科室发展目标的实现。该制度的建立,在一定程度上推动了科室重大事项由科主任个人决策向科室成员民主决策的进程。

After the department management group system was implemented in the hospital,the consciousness of participating in democratic management of medical staffs in clinical departments was significantly enhanced,which built an effective supervision,open and transparent democratic decision-making platform for all departments.It effectively protected the vital interests of all department members,aroused the enthusiasm of all department members,and ensured the realization of the development goals of the department.To a certain extent,the establishment of this system promoted the transforming of department important matters from the director's personal decision-making to the department members democratic decisionmaking.
