基于数据包络分析的某三甲医院科室效率分析与探讨

Discussion on Department Efficiency of a Tertiary Hospital Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

目的利用数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)评价某三甲医院科室运营效率,提供有益的决策信息。方法以某三甲医院全院和分院区科室为研究对象,收集2021年医院与科室投入产出指标进行数据包络分析。结果全院范围内科室平均综合效益0.76;分院区A平均综合效益0.83。结论通过DEA模型评价手术科室的运营效率,能够直观分析出非有效科室投入、产出指标的改进空间。非DEA有效科室应结合实际情况优化资源配置提升运营效率;采用数据包络分析对于科室运营效率进行评价有可行性。

Objective To evaluate the operational efficiency of a tertiary hospital by using data envelopment analysis(DEA),and to provide useful decision-making information.Methods The input-output indicators of hospitals and departments in 2021 were collected and analyzed by data envelopment analysis(DEA).Results The average comprehensive benefit of departments in the whole hospital was 0.76.The average comprehensive benefit of branch area A was 0.83.Conclusion Using DEA model to evaluate the operation efficiency of surgical departments can directly analyze the improvement space of input and output indexes of ineffective departments.Non-DEA effective departments should optimize resource allocation according to the actual situation to improve operational efficiency.It is feasible to evaluate the operating efficiency of departments by using data envelopment analysis.
