基于多维数据来源的医疗质量安全知识库设计与问题探讨

Design and Discussion of Medical Quality and Safety Knowledge Base Based on Multi-Dimensional Data Sources

目的设计基于整合数据的开放型医疗质量安全知识库,降低用户不良事件上报难度,便于开展医疗质量安全相关数据挖掘。方法从系统架构、功能模块、业务流程、文本结构化、数据标准化等方面对医疗质量安全知识库进行分析、设计。结果医疗质量安全知识库按照“数据平台+知识应用”的模式设计,包括数据存储层、服务层、分析层和应用层四部分;功能模块包括用户账户管理、医疗质量安全问题资源提交、资源审核及入库、资源发布、资源查询、统计分析、知识发现。结论构建医疗安全质量问题知识库有助于医疗质量安全不良事件管理更加系统化、精准化、科学化。

Objective To design an open learning based knowledge base for medical quality and safety issues based on integrated data,which could reduce the difficulty of reporting adverse events for users and strengthen data mining on medical quality and safety issues.Methods The medical quality and safety knowledge base was analyzed and designed from the aspects of system architecture,function modules,business process,text structure and data standardization.Results The medical quality and safety knowledge base was designed according to the pattern of"data platform and knowledge application".The logic architecture mainly included four parts:data storage layer,service layer,analysis layer,and application layer.Functional modules include user account management,medical quality and safety problem resource submission,resource review and storage,resource release,resource query,statistical analysis and knowledge discovery.Conclusion The construction of medical safety and quality knowledge base is conductive to making the management of medical quality and safety adverse events more systematic,accurate and scientific.
