摘要
以新工科建设理念为指导,创新性地提出力学与软件工程跨专业交叉人才培养新模式,培养未来力学CAE软件产业发展需求的专门人才.针对这一跨专业交叉融合培养新模式,采用扎根理论,通过两次调研,构建了“力学+软件工程”交叉人才的能力体系,包括4个一级指标和8个二级指标.重构的能力体系符合力学CAE软件领域本科生培养和用人需求.以能力体系为导向,可完善培养过程和课程体系的重构,为培养满足国家需要和业界需求的交叉专业人才提供有力支撑,也可为相关高等院校的新工科人才培养提供参考.
Guided by the new engineering construction concept,this paper innovatively puts forward a new model of cross-professional talent training in mechanics and software engineering,to cultivate specialized talents for the development needs of the future mechanics CAE software industry.Aiming at this new mode of cross-professional cross-integration training,the grounded theory was adopt-ed to construct the ability system of“mechanics+software engineering”interdisciplinary talents through two surveys,including 4 firstlevel indicators and 8 second-level indicators.The reconstructed capability system meets the needs of undergraduate training and employment in the field of mechanics CAE software.Guided by the ability system,it can improve the training process and the reconstruction of the curriculum system,provide strong support for the cultivation of cross-professional talents that meet the needs of the country and the industry,and offer a reference for the training of new engineering talents in relevant colleges and universities.
