中红外光谱测定风窗清洗液中甲醇含量

摘要 介绍了采用中红外光谱设备、通过建立甲醇浓度与红外透射率的线性关系来测定风窗清洗液中甲醇含量的方法。结果表明线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)为0.9992。同时对该方法的可靠性进行了验证;实验结果表明甲醇含量为2%~15%时的精密度≤5%,结果较好;甲醇含量为1%~15%时的空白加标回收率在90%~105%之间,结果较好。证明通过该方法能快速便捷地检测风窗清洗液中甲醇含量。 This paper presents a method for the determination of methanol in window washer fluid by establishing a linear relationship between methanol concentration and infrared transmittance using mid-infrared spectroscopy equipment.The results showed that the linearity was good with a correlation coefficient R^(2) of 0.9992.The reliability of the method was also verified;the experimental results showed that the precision of the method was≤5%at 2%-15%methanol content,and the recovery of the blank spiked at 1%-15%methanol content was between 90%and 105%,which was good.The method proved that the methanol content in window washer fluid can be quickly and conveniently detected by this method.
