膜式空气弹簧帘子线铺设角-承载力映射模型研究

摘要 帘子线铺设角是空气弹簧橡胶气囊成型过程中的关键工艺参数,也是影响空气弹簧有效面积与承载特性的重要因素。采用层合板理论及气囊微元受力分析,引入橡胶气囊帘子线铺设角,构建了帘子线铺设角-有效面积、帘子线铺设角-承载力映射模型;基于MTS852.05软件搭建了空气弹簧膨胀外径、承载力测试装置,4×10~5~7×10~5 Pa气压内与46°~56°帘子线铺设角下的有效面积、承载力计算与试验结果最大相对误差分别为4.43%和9.18%,验证了帘子线铺设角-有效面积、帘子线铺设角-承载力映射模型的正确性与有效性,并阐明了帘子线铺设角对承载力的影响规律。研究结果为膜式空气弹簧制定气囊成型工艺与优化承载特性提供理论指导,也为查明多层复合回转结构类薄壁件帘子线层铺设角-力学特性之间的映射关系奠定理论基础。 Cord laying angle is a key processing parameter in forming process of air spring rubber airbag,and is also an important factor affecting effective area and load capacity characteristics of air spring.Here,the laminate theory and force analysis of airbag micro-element were adopted,and rubber airbag cord laying angle was introduced to construct mapping models of cord laying angle-effective area and cord laying angle-load bearing.Based on the device MTS852.05,an air spring expansion outer diameter and load capacity testing device was built,and tests were conducted with it.The results showed that the maximum relative errors between calculation results for effective area and load capacity and test results under 46°-56° cord laying angle and air pressure range of 4×10~5-7×10~5 Pa are 4.43% and 9.18%,respectively,this verifies the correctness and effectiveness of cord laying angle-effective area and cord laying angle capacity bearing capacity mapping models,and elucidates influence law of cord laying angle on load capacity;the study results provide theoretical guidance for formulating airbag forming process and optimizing load-bearing characteristics of diaphragm air spring,and also lay a theoretical foundation for identifying mapping relation between cord laying angle and mechanical properties of thin walled components of multi-layer composite rotary structures.
