深圳市光明区社区健康服务中心助力“健康光明”行动的建议与思考

Thought and Suggest of the Guangming Community Health Service Center Helped“Healthy Bright”Actionin Shenzhen

社区健康服务中心是实现当地居民健康服务的基础平台,是深圳市光明区“健康光明”建设的重要载体。目前,光明区共有56家社区健康服务中心。在助力“健康光明”建设中,深圳市光明区社区健康服务中心普遍存在人员配备不足、工作人员健康管理水平有待提升、社区健康服务信息化水平低等问题。为了助力“健康光明”行动,提出加强人才队伍建设、提高基本公共卫生服务能力、提升社区健康服务信息化水平等改进建议。

Community Health Service Center(CHS)is the basic platform to achieve the national health service and the important carrier of“healthy Guangming”construction.The study introduces the basic situation of CHS in Guangming district of Shenzhen,and analyze the existing problems in help the construction of“healthy Guangming”,including under-staffing,the level of staff health management needs to be improved and the internationalized level of CHS was low.Meanwhile,Suggestions were put forward to improve the corresponding problems from strengthening the construction of talent team,improving the ability of basic public health services and enhancing the informatization level of CHS.
