数智经济时代人力资源管理创新:整合框架与未来展望 被引量:3

摘要 新兴技术的突破性发展促使信息与数据成为新型基础性生产要素以及组织活动的核心载体,推动了传统工业经济时代向数智经济时代的快速转变。日益海量的数据、不断优化的算法、持续强大的算力也为组织人力资源管理创新注入了新的演化动力,引起了学术界与企业界的共同关注。通过对48篇该领域相关文献的系统梳理与总结,构建了数智经济时代人力资源管理创新的整合框架,并针对数智经济时代人力资源管理新场景中的新问题,结合具有科学价值和实践意义的研究方向进行了未来研究展望。此外,管理者需要重视变革的系统性、重视人的主体性与价值性、重视人才管理以适应数智经济时代的新要求与新挑战。总的来说,梳理与整合现有分散的研究成果有助于加深研究者和管理者对人力资源管理创新的理论机制和实践表现的认知与理解。 Driving the rapid shift from traditional industrial economy to digital and intelligent economy,the breakthrough development of emerging technologies has transformed information and data into new basic factors of production and core carriers of organizational activities.The exponential growth of data,continuously optimized algorithms,and persistently strengthened computing power have injected new evolutionary momentum into human resource management innovation,attracting attention from both academia and industry.Based on a systematic review of 48 relevant publications,the authors construct a comprehensive framework for human resource management innovation in the digital and intelligent economy era,and propose future research directions with scientific value and practical significance for new problems in the new scenarios of human resource management in the digital and intelligent economy era.It is also suggested that managers undertake systematic HRM changes,prioritize human subjectivity,human value,and talent management to adapt to new requirements and challenges in the digital and intelligent economy era.In short,systematically reviewing and integrating existing scattered research results helps to deepen the awareness and understanding of human resource management innovation from both theoretical and practical perspectives for researchers and practitioners in this field.
