本文依据标准GB4706.1-2005《家用和类似用途电器的安全第1部分通用要求》及GB4706.38-2008《家用和类似用途电器的安全商用电动饮食加工机械的特殊要求》对市场上部分商用电动饮食加工机械进行抽样检测,找出了一些企业容易忽视的电气安全条款问题,比如:对触及带电部件的防护、机械危险、结构、内部布线等,并进行诊断和提出解决措施,以此帮助生产企业更好的提高产品的电气安全质量水平。

Based on standard CB 4706.1-2005 Household and similar electrical appliances-Safety-Part I:General requirements and GB 4706.38-2008 Household and similar electrical appliances-Safety-particular requirement for commercial electrical kitchen machines equipment,This paper identify some electric safety issues,such as electric hazards、mechanical hazards、instruction、internal wire that are easily overlooked and analysis them for electrical kitchen machines by sampling test in market,and provide solution in order to help the manufacture promote the product electric safety quality level.
