摘要
可靠便捷和经济的远距离操控是电热水器用户迫切需要的功能,而目前远距离的控制主要采用有线控制和无线控制两种方式。针对有线控制成本高,布线复杂以及无线控制抗干扰能力差且受制于空间和功率限制(EMI要求)导致距离短的缺点,设计了一套利用电力载波技术的电热水器控制系统。该系统通过集成LCT980C-350D-001电力载波模块,解决了目前存在诸多的问题。基于该系统构建的电热水器产品,通过了各项性能测试,可以满足用户对于远距离操控的需求。
Reliable,convenient and economical remote control is an urgent function for electric water heater users.At present,the remote control mainly adopts wired control and wireless control.In view of the disadvantages of high cost ofwiredcontrol,complex wiring,poor anti-interference ability ofwireless control and short distance due to space and power constraints(EMI requirements),a set of electric water heater control system using power carrier technology is designed.The system solves many problems by integrating lct980c-350d-001 power carrier module.The electric water heater based on the system has passed various performance tests,which can meet the user's demand for remote control.
