摘要
本文主要介绍通过TRIZ理论获取变容量压缩机机械变容控制方法的创新研究,先分析现有变容量压缩机常规变容控制方法存在的不足点,再针对存在的问题通过创新方法及创新原理进行问题的矛盾分析,找出克服问题的解决方案,后再建立物质一场分析,寻找出标准解和相关联的创新原理解决问题的过程,最后发明出新的技术方案,变容量压缩机采用机械变容控制方法,降低成本,提高压缩机的可靠性。
This paper presents an innovative research on the mechanical capacity control method for variable capacity compressors obtained through TRIZ theory.Firstly,the deficiencies of conventional capacity control methods for variable capacity compressors are analyzed.Then,innovative methods and principles are employed to conduct contradiction analysis in order to identify solutions for overcoming the identified problems.Subsequently,a substance-field analysis is established to find standard solutions and related innovative principles for problem-solving.Finally,a new technical solution is invented,utilizing the mechanical capacity control method for variable capacity compressors,which reduces costs and enhances compressor reliability.
