布袋除尘器机械振打清灰技术振动器研究

为解决布袋除尘器滤袋堵塞的问题,在选择机械振打技术进行清灰后,对布袋除尘器机械振打技术中的振动器进行分析,探究振动器的性能,并对振动器进行优选,之后采用袋除尘器清灰装置性能测试对优选过的振动器进行试验。结果表明:气动振动器和滚轴式振动器适合用于机械振打清灰。GT-25振动器在清灰效果方面优于GT-13、GT-16与R-50振动器,耗气量低于GT-30、R-80、R-100与R-120振动器,使用寿命高于R-50振动器。

In order to solve the problem of bag filter bag clogging,after selecting the mechanical vibration technology for dust removal,the vibrator in the mechanical vibration technology of bag filter was analysed,the performance of the vibrator was investigated,and the vibrator was preferred,and then the preferred vibrator was tested by using the performance test of bag filter dust removal device.The results show that pneumatic vibrators and roller vibrators are suitable for mechanical vibration dust removal,GT-25 vibrator is better than GT-13,GT-16 and R-50 vibrator in dust removal effect,the air consumption is lower than GT-30,R-80,R-100 and R-120 vibrator,and the service life is higher than R-50 vibrator.
