摘要
空调器内风机转速波动是一种常见现象,影响用户实际使用舒适性,必须要有效解决。其转速波动的原因主要有软件设计、硬件设计两方面,本文重点阐述引起转速波动的硬件设计方面原因,通过优化PCB板控制地和功率地走线、适当铺铜,加粗电源线、地线走线,反馈信号采用单过孔,并将退耦电容移到靠近芯片口的位置等方案,有效地解决风机转速异常波动。
The fluctuation of fan speed in air conditioner is a common phenomenon,which affects the actual use comfort of users,and must be effectively solved.The reasons for the speed fluctuation mainly include software design and hardware design.This paper focuses on the reasons for the hardware design causing the speed fluctuation.By optimizing the PCB control ground and power ground wiring,appropriately laying copper,thickening the power cord and ground wire wiring,adopting a single pass hole for the feedback signal,and moving the decoupling capacitor to the position close to the chip port,etc.Effectively solve the abnormal fluctuation of fan speed.
