数字经济与能源安全:基于能源消费和能源转型速率的视角 被引量:1

摘要 随着俄乌冲突的影响升级,欧洲能源危机愈发严重,能源是建设双循环新发展格局的动力来源基础保障,能源安全已成为现阶段经济发展的关键问题。通过建立中国能源安全指标,对数字经济与能源安全关系进行实证检验,研究发现:数字经济与能源安全存在倒“U”型关系,该结论在经过内生性处理后仍然稳健;能源消费在数字经济与能源安全之间起到中介作用,低阶段能源消费促进能源安全的提升,高阶段能源消费将抑制能源安全;能源转型速率较高时,低阶段能源消费对能源安全的促进作用减弱,高阶段能源消费对能源安全的抑制作用增强。因此,需要有序推动数字经济发展,建设可再生能源为主化石能源为辅的综合能源系统,科学部署能源转型,实现中国能源安全的提高,保障经济的可持续发展。 With the escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict,the energy crisis in Europe has become increasingly serious.Energy security has become a key issue for economic development at this stage.This paper establishes energy security indicators for China s municipalities and finds that there is an inverted"U"-shaped relationship between the digital economy and energy security.This conclusion is still robust after endogenous treatment.Energy consumption mediates the relationship between the digital economy and energy security.Low-stage energy consumption promotes energy security.Higher stage energy consumption will inhibit energy security.At higher rates of energy transition,low-stage energy consumption contributes less to energy security.The inhibitory effect of high-stage energy consumption on energy security is enhanced.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the development of a digital economy in an orderly manner,build a comprehensive energy system with renewable energy as the main source of energy and fossil energy as the supplementary source,and,at the same time,scientifically deploy the energy transition,to realize the enhancement of China's energy security and safeguard the sustainable development of the economy.
