摘要
整体主义运用关系思维、转化思维和灵性思维重新审视课程、教师、学生以及他们之间的关系。整体主义视角下的劳动课程,要整体设计以实现劳动课程的全息育人,系统把握以实现劳动课程的全面育人,通过具身体验以实现劳动课程的实践育人。在实施方式上,进行以案例教学为核心的课程实施,以项目式学习为抓手的课程实施以及以大概念教学为导引的课程实施体系。在实施路径上,基于真实的劳动教育情境,整合融通多领域的知识和学科思维,通过多种实施方式的贯通设计,以项目式学习为主的联动实施,通过劳动文化的回归、创设与渗透和多维立体评价体系的构建等实施路径,最终实现劳动课程的全面育人和实践育人,提升学生劳动素养。
Holism uses relational thinking,transformational thinking,and spiritual thinking to re-examine curriculum,teachers,students,and the relationship among them.The labor curriculum,from the perspective of holism,should be designed in a holistic way to achieve all-round education of labor curriculum,to achieve comprehensive education in a whole system,and achieve practical education through personal experiences.In terms of implementation methods,case teaching,project-based learning,big-concept based teaching should be adopted.In terms of the implementation path,based on the real labor education situation,teachers should integrate multi-disciplinary knowledge and thinking,design multiple implementation modes,and achieve the joint implementation through project-based learning.With the returning of labor culture,we should also construct a multidimensional evaluation system,so as to ultimately achieve comprehensive and practical education of labor courses and improve students labor competency.
