Safety Protection System and Technology in Centralized Traffic Control(CTC)System

调度集中(CTC)系统在铁路运输安全保障方面发挥了重要作用,以CTC调度仿真实训系统、CTC生产系统、CTC行车作业检索分析系统为核心,构建行车指挥的事前预防、事中防护、事后分析的全过程闭环安全保障体系,对相关系统采用的具体防护技术进行阐述;提出发展CTC系统智能化技术,通过构建CTC大数据平台,扩大信息共享及融合,在安全卡控作业项点的广度和深度上进一步提升CTC系统的安全保障水平。

Centralized traffic control(CTC)system plays an important role in railway transport safety.With CTC simulation training system,CTC production system and CTC train operation retrieval and analysis system as the core,this paper proposes to build a closed-loop safety guarantee system for the whole process of preprevention,in-process protection and post-analysis of traffic control,and elaborates the specific protection technologies adopted by relevant systems.The paper also puts forwards actions to develop the intelligent technology of CTC system,build a CTC big data platform and expand information sharing and fusion,to further improve the safety guarantee level by broadening and deepening the scope of safety control operation items.
