我国高端消费回流的内在动因与对策建议 被引量:1

摘要 高端消费是消费结构升级的必然结果,是人民群众收入水平提升和对美好生活向往的具体表现。有效扩大和更好满足人们对高端消费的需求,是坚定落实扩大内需战略和增强消费对经济发展基础性作用的重要着力点,是推动我国实现高质量发展和创造高品质生活的有力支撑。近年来,我国高端消费回流趋势明显,消费规模不断扩大,线上线下消费场景日益分化。高端消费回流有其必然性,主要驱动因素是高端消费群体壮大、免税经济吸引力提高和境内外价差缩小等。当前,高端消费品牌不足和消费场景不完善等问题制约了高端消费回流的进程。为此,需要从加强高端消费供给、完善免税经济政策、打造多元化消费场景、缩小境内外高端消费品价差等方面发力。 High-end comsumption is the inevitable result of the upgrading of the consumption structure,and the concrete manifestation of the improvement of the people's income level and yearning for a better life.Effectively expanding and better meeting people's demand for high-end consumption is an important focus for firmly implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand and enhancing the basic role of consumption in economic development,and is also a strong support for achieving high-quality development and creating high-quality life in China.In recent years,the trend of high-end consumption reflux in China is obvious,the consumption scale continues to expand,and the online and offline consumption scenarios are increasingly differentiated.The high-end consumption reflux is inevitable,and the main driving factors are the growth of high-end consumer groups,the increase of the attractiveness of tax-free economy and the narrowing of the price difference between domestic and foreign countries.At present,problems such as insufficient high-end consumer brands and imperfect consumption scenarios restrict the process of high-end consumption reflux.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supply of high-end consumption,improve the tax-free economic policy,create diversified consumption scenarios,and narrow the price difference of high-end consumer goods at home and abroad.
