脉动真空清洗消毒机在管腔器械清洗中的价值探究

Study on the value of pulsating vacuum cleaning and disinfection machine in the cleaning of luminal instruments

目的观察医院消毒供应室管腔器械清洗中应用脉动真空清洗消毒机的效果。方法选取2023年1—6月期间清远市清新区人民医院消毒供应室600件术后待处理的管腔器械纳入研究,预处理后按照清洗方法的不同分为两组,各300件。对照组使用真空超声清洗器进行清洗,观察组使用脉动真空清洗消毒机进行清洗。观察两组管腔器械清洗质量(目测合格率、ATP荧光阴性率、蛋白残留清洁率),记录两组管腔器械清洗所耗时长。结果对比两组管腔器械目测合格率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组ATP荧光阴性率相比对照组显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组管腔器械蛋白残留情况,观察组清洁率相比对照组显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组管腔器械清洗所耗时长,观察组相比对照组显著更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉动真空清洗消毒机应用于医院消毒供应室管腔器械清洗中的效果明显,可显著提升清洗质量,缩短清洗时间,加快器械清洗及周转效率。

Objective To observe the effect of pulsating vacuum cleaning and disinfection machine used in the cleaning of endovascular instruments in hospital disinfection supply room.Methods From January 2023 to June 2023,600 luminal instruments to be treated after surgery in the disinfection supply room of our hospital were selected for inclusion in the study.After pretreatment,they were divided into two groups with 300 pieces each according to different cleaning methods.The control group was cleaned with a vacuum ultrasonic cleaner,and the observation group was cleaned with a pulsating vacuum cleaning and disinfection machine.The cleaning quality(visual pass rate,ATP fluorescence negative rate,protein residue cleaning rate)of the two groups were observed,and the long cleaning time of the two groups of luminal instruments was recorded.Results There was no significant difference in the passing rate of the two groups(P>0.05).The negative rate of ATP fluorescence in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the protein residue of the two groups,the cleanliness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the cleaning time of luminal instruments in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pulsating vacuum cleaning and disinfection machine has obvious effect in the cleaning of endovascular instruments in hospital disinfection supply room,which can significantly improve the cleaning quality,shorten the cleaning time,and accelerate the cleaning and turnover efficiency of instruments.
