新型吸氧面罩在氧依赖型胃肠癌术后患者中的应用

Application of a new oxygen mask in postoperative patients with oxygen-dependent gastrointestinal cancer

目的探究新型吸氧面罩和鼻导管在氧依赖型胃肠癌术后患者中的临床效果及对新型吸氧面罩的满意度。方法纳入2023年3月—2023年6月于我院进行胃肠癌手术且接受吸氧治疗的住院患者共140例。根据吸氧方式不同将患者划分为鼻导管吸氧组(n=56)和新型面罩吸氧组(n=84)。鼻导管吸氧组患者接受常规一次性鼻氧管吸氧治疗,新型面罩吸氧组患者应用新式吸氧面罩吸氧。对比两组患者氧分压相关指标、吸氧主观体验、应用湿化瓶个数、湿化瓶费用以及医护人员操作满意度差异。结果在达到同样血氧饱和度条件下,新型面罩吸氧组患者所需平均氧流量、PeO2均显著低于鼻导管吸氧组患者,PiO_(2)及PiCO_(2)均显著高于鼻导管吸氧组患者(P<0.05)。新型面罩吸氧组患者发生鼻腔干燥比例、鼻腔有气流感比例显著低于鼻导管吸氧组患者,感觉鼻腔温暖比例显著高于鼻导管吸氧组患者(P<0.05)。新型面罩吸氧组患者平均湿化瓶应用个数及费用均显著低于鼻导管吸氧组患者(P<0.05)。医护人员对使用新型面罩的满意度高于鼻导管(P<0.05)。结论新式吸氧面罩可在满足术后患者吸氧需求的情况下,增加了护士执行氧疗操作的便捷性及满意度,提高了患者的吸氧治疗主观感受及氧气应用效率,降低了湿化瓶应用成本,具有较为广阔的临床应用前景。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the new oxygen mask and nasal cannula in patients with oxygen-dependent gastrointestinal cancer and the satisfaction with the new oxygen mask.Methods A total of 140 inpatients who underwent gastrointestinal cancer surgery in our hospital from March 2023 to June 2023 and received oxygen therapy were enrolled.According to the different oxygen methods,the patients were divided into nasal cannula oxygen group(n=56)and new mask oxygen group(n=84).Patients in the nasal cannula oxygen group received conventional disposable nasal oxygen tube oxygen therapy,and patients in the new mask oxygen group received oxygen with a new oxygen mask.The differences in oxygen partial pressure,subjective experience of oxygen inhalation,number of humidification bottles,cost of humidification bottles,and operation satisfaction of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results Under the same oxygen saturation conditions,the average oxygen flow rate and PeO2 required by the new mask oxygen group were significantly lower than those in the nasal cannula oxygen group,and the PiO_(2) and PiCO_(2) were significantly higher than those in the nasal cannula oxygen group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with nasal dryness and nasal influenza in the new mask oxygen group was significantly lower than that in the nasal cannula oxygen group,and the proportion of patients who felt nasal warmth was significantly higher than that in the nasal cannula oxygen group(P<0.05).The average number and cost of humidification bottles in the new mask oxygen group were significantly lower than those in the nasal cannula oxygen group(P<0.05).Nursing staff were more satisfied with the use of the new mask than with nasal cannula(P<0.05).Conclusion The new oxygen mask can increase the convenience and satisfaction of nurses in performing oxygen therapy,improve the subjective feeling of oxygen therapy and the efficiency of oxygen application,and reduce the application cost of humidification bottles,which has a broad clinical application prospect under the condition of meeting the oxygen demand of postoperative patients.
