摘要
活塞是发动机中的关键零部件,工作环境恶劣,非常容易发生失效问题。针对某一种汽油发动机活塞环岸断裂的故障实例,对该类故障发生的原因进行了详细分析,找出了该起故障的具体原因,并提出了活塞的改进方案。
Piston is a key component of engine,whose working condition is very tough,so it is easy to fail.A gasoline engine piston damage example of piston ring groove land crack is introduced,and the reasons of this kind of damage are analyzed in detail.The root cause of this piston damage is found,and finally the piston improvement proposal is put forward.
