高原低温实际行驶排放技术研究与应用

摘要 为研究高原低温边界环境下实际道路排放(RDE)的情况,在青海省西宁市采用车载便携式排放测试设备PEMS对某款车型进行RDE测试,基于测试结果开展排放数据的分析,通过对车型的高原换挡线、扫气率等开展数据优化,最终达成排放设计要求。研究结果表明高原低温环境下车辆的排放与平原存在一定差异,需要针对高原低温环境开展测试和分析,满足环保排放法规要求。 In order to study the actual road emissions(RDE)under the plateau low-temperature boundary environment,a vehicle model was tested by using the on-board portable emission test equipment PEMs in Xining City,Qinghai Province.The emission data were analyzed based on the test results,and the emission design requirements were finally achieved by optimizing the plateau shift cable and scavenging rate of the vehicle model.The research results show that there are certain differences in vehicle emissions between plateau low-temperature environment and plain,so it is necessary to carry out testing and analysis for plateau low-temperature environment to meet the requirements of environmental emission regulations.
