摘要
党的二十大报告指出,就业是最基本的民生.提升大学毕业生就业率是高校面临的重要任务,心理账户理论为大学毕业生工作搜寻提供了一个理解框架,同时也为就业指导提供了一种可行的思路.大学毕业生工作搜寻的心理账户包含规则性、不可替代性和周期性等三种成分.大学毕业生的工作搜寻心理账户存在着诸如分类不恰当、职业和岗位期望与自身条件不符、轻视时间和费用账户等问题.因此,大学毕业生要在工作搜寻心理账户中对各类职业进行恰当的分类,在心理账户中为各类职业赋予恰当的位置,重视时间和费用等心理账户的动态平衡.
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that employment is the most basic livelihood.It is an important task for universities to improve the employment rate of college graduates.Mental accounting theory provides a framework for understanding the job search of college graduates,and also provides a feasible idea for employment guidance.The mental accounting of job search for college graduate includes three components:regularity,irreplaceability and periodicity.There are some problems in the job search mental accounting of college graduates,such as improper classification,inconsistency of occupation and post expectations with their own conditions,and contempt of time and expense accounts.Therefore,college graduates should properly classify various occupations in the mental accounting of job search,give appropriate positions to various occupations in the mental accounting,and pay attention to the dynamic balance of mental accounting such as time and cost.
