石油化工试验过程安全管理研究

ON SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF PETROCHEMICAL TEST PROCESS

在正式投产以前,石油化工生产企业的新产品、新工艺、新技术依托非连续生产的石油化工试验装置进行小试和中试试验,对其大规模生产可行性进行探索和验证,是科研成果转化为石油化工成熟技术的重要环节。文章分析了2起石油化工试验装置的安全事故案例,总结了试验装置的特点和安全管理的特殊性,探讨了试验装置运行的风险点和安全管理的重点,提出了试验装置的安全管理流程和措施。

Before the formal production,the new products,new processes and new technologies of petrochemical production enterprises rely on small scale test and pilot scale test carried out on petrochemical test equipment to explore and verify the feasibility of its large-scale production,which is a crucial link for the transformation of scientific research results into mature petrochemical technologies.This paper analyzes two safety accident cases of petrochemical test equipment,and summarizes the characteristics of the test equipment and the special features of safety management.It discusses the risk points of the operation of the test equipment and the key points of safety management,and proposes the safety management process and measures for the test equipment.
