摘要
石油钻井工序复杂,危害多样,施工风险高,因此对其开展危害识别和风险评估尤为重要。文章对石油钻井的危害识别和风险评估方法进行了阐述,介绍了风险的定性和定量评估技术。将危害与可操作性分析(HAZOP)和保护层分析(LOPA)两种方法相结合,对钻井过程中的泥浆泵高压风险进行了分析,为是否需要增加安全措施提供了建议。
Oil drilling processes are complex with a variety of hazards and high construction risks,thus it is crucial to carry out hazard identification and risk assessment for them.This paper elaborated on hazard identification and risk assessment methods for oil drilling,and presented qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques.Combining Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)with Layers of Protection Analysis(LOPA)method,the paper analyzed the risk of high pressure in mud pumps during drilling and provided recommendation on the need for additional safety measures.
