加油加气站雷电电磁脉冲防护计算分析 被引量:1

CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF LIGHT-NING ELECTROMAGNETIC IMPULSE PROTECTION IN GAS FILLING STATION

摘要 基于浙江省ADTD数据和雷电灾害资料,文章对受灾加油加气站周边地闪和损坏情况进行了数理统计分析,并进行了案例计算分析。结果表明:2000—2020年受灾加油加气站周边大部分地闪强度在15~50 kA,雷灾主要造成电子电气系统设备损坏。当在加油加气站25.47 m附近发生>30.55 kA的地闪或在25.47~47.60 m的区域范围发生>57.1 kA的地闪时,电子设备均会受到永久性损坏。当雷电直接击在加油加气站时,相对于罩棚部分,站房更容易通过自身结构和增设的防雷措施实现对雷电电磁脉冲防护。文章建议加油加气站尽量选址在雷电低发区,重要电子电气设备安装在雷电环境暴露度低的位置,并设置屏蔽等措施防护雷电电磁脉冲。 Based on the ADTD data and lightning disaster data of Zhejiang Province,this paper conducted mathematical and statistical analysis of the ground lightning and damages around the gas filling stations affected by lightning disaster,and made a case calculation analysis.The results show that most of the ground lightning intensity around the gas filling station with lightning disaster from the year 2000 to 2020 were between 15 to 50kA and lightning disaster mainly caused the damage of electronic and electrical system equipment of gas filling station.When the ground lightning exceeding 30.55 kA occurs in the vicinity of 25.47 m of the gas filling station,or when the ground lightning exceeding 57.1 kA occurs within 25.47 to 47.60 m of the station,it will cause permanent damage to the electronic equipment of the gas filling station.When the gas filling station suffers from direct lightning stroke,the station building is more prone to realize the protection of lightning electromagnetic impulse through its own structure and additional lightning protection measures than the canopy part.It is suggested in this paper that the gas filling station should be located in the area with low lightning incidence;electronic and electrical equipment should be installed in the place with low exposure to lightning environment,and the lightning electromagnetic impulse protection of electronic and electrical system equipment should be strengthened through shielding and other measures.
