摘要
我国天然气管道初期工程中大量采用国外先进压缩机技术,由于其采用国外标准和根据国外供电条件设计,在我国的实际应用中产生很多问题,供电问题是其中的一种。文章基于目前天然气压气站供电状况存在的问题,提出了采用国产电源替代的节能改造方案。改造前的DCP/UPS电源采用相控模式,效率只有70%左右,改造后效率可提高至92%。DCP/UPS电源改造已在西气东输、西部管道及陕京线成功改造了50多套。实践证明:用国产DCP/UPS电源替代,不仅设计合理、运行可靠,维护方便,而且备件充足、成本低。
A large number of foreign advanced compressor technologies were adopted in the initial projects of China’s natural gas pipeline.And because they were designed by adopting foreign standards and according to foreign power supply conditions,many problems arose from their practical application in China,of which the problem of power supply is one of them.Based on the problems existing in the current power supply of natural gas compressor stations,this paper proposed an energy conservation revamp program using substitution of domestic power supply.Before the revamp,the DCP/UPS power supply was in phase-controlled mode with an efficiency of only about 70%,and the efficiency can be increased to 92% after the revamp.DCP/UPS power supply revamp has been successfully carried out in more than 50 sets in West-East Gas Pipeline,Western Pipeline and Shaanxi-Beijing Pipeline.Practice has proved that with the domestic DCP/UPS power supply replacement,the design is reasonable;the operation is reliable and the maintenance is convenient.In addition,the spare parts are sufficient and the cost is low.
